At Buy on the Venezia FC Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of official club merchandise. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
